Surface Preparation
All interior and exterior areas are either pressure washed or hand washed with Sugar Soap to remove dirt, mould and mildew.
All loose and flaking paint removed all holes, cracks and gaps to be filled with appropriate filler and sanded.
Oil Based Primer Sealer or Undercoat all bare areas to seal and prevent water intrusion.
